Show and Tell

Carol B  has been working on a challenge from "Stacey's at the Gap" She had to choose a card and represent this in a quilt. hers was hearts . Carol has been making the trip from Brisbane to meet with us.. Thanks Carol love having you...   Carol is also heading the Quilts in the Paddock display on the 17th of October 2015.  We will be donating proceeds to "Chicks in Pink" for breast cancer.

Don't forget ladies this week we are making a 12 and a half inch square in pink of course to make this quilt.

Gail C has done a twister table topper.

In memory of

Last month Gail C bought along this beautiful quilt she made in honour of her brother who died  in Sarawak in 1965.  She will visit his grave there very soon and take her quilt.

I think with all the events around the 100 years  ANZAC commemorations it has bought memory of every man , woman and child who has fought and died in any theatre of war to the fore. Lest we forget...
